Method

3 principles
4.1

The pipeline is part of the product

If a change cannot be built, tested and deployed by a machine, it is not done. The GitHub Actions pipelines I built for the intelligent document processing services are how those services ship, not an afterthought.

4.2

Documents deserve boring infrastructure

A document vault or an e-⁠signature flow is judged on the day something goes wrong. Predictable beats clever: plain Spring Boot services, plain database integrations, plain deployments.

4.3

Automate the tedious, review the rest

The e-⁠signature positioning tool removed roughly 90% of the manual placement work, so people could spend their attention on the judgement calls instead.
